Position: Manager Dairy Plant

Cakes and Bakes, a premier food company, involved in manufacturing and selling through its own retail outlets: bakery, confectionary and allied products, frozen food, pure water, pasteurized milk, desi-ghee and cheese, duly certified under ISO 9001:2015 and HALAL regimes, is looking for a vibrant, dynamic and experienced person to lead Dairy Plant of the Company. Candidate should have expertise to manage and continually improve end-to-end manufacturing processes of dairy plant so as to run it effectively and efficiently. Here are job specs:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Industrial/Chemical Engineering/Food Science Technology/Food Engineering/Microbiology;
• Having at least 8-9 years’ of relevant experience, out of which at least 5 years of experience as Manager Dairy Plant;
• Evidence-based relevant skill-set;
• Preferably should have hands-on experience in any ERP (Production Module)

Position: Engineering Executive

We are looking for young and dynamic individual with strong understanding of engineering principles, tools and technologies relevant to their field is essential. Candidate should have proven track record of relevant field.

REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATION:  B.Sc Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical)

EXPERIENCE:  1-2 Years of working in manufacturing concern (should be conversant with relevant test equipment)

SKILL-SET:  Should have hands-on experience with MS Office
