Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an HEC recognized university

โก๏ธ Support 24ร7 operations of the Utility Bill Payments system to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.
โก๏ธ Assist in the integration and on-boarding of new billers and aggregators.
โก๏ธ Help gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new features or enhancements.
โก๏ธ Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for issue resolution and feature rollouts.
โก๏ธ Provide support in investigating customer issues and liaising with support teams to ensure timely resolution.
โก๏ธ Facilitate teams in testing cycles and UATs.

โก๏ธ Knowledge of databases, APIs, and system integration concepts.
โก๏ธ Understanding of digital channels and customer journeys.
โก๏ธ Awareness of regulatory and security requirements in banking platforms.
โก๏ธ Familiarity with payment systems or financial services is desirable.
