Position: Digital CRM Executive
We are looking for talented, committed, and smart working individual who understands customer communications across all life stages and design complex automated life-cycle and transactional campaigns tailored to the segments meeting the business requirements.
Experience:
- 1-2 year of experience
- Experience in the banking or asset management industry is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM channels is preferred
Skills:
- HTML Proficiency is a must.
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical skills
Academic Qualification
Business/CS Graduate from reputable institute.
