Role Overview
To drive sales growth within the assigned territory by executing sales strategies, achieving volume and value targets, strengthening customer relationships, expanding market coverage, and ensuring effective implementation of trade marketing initiatives.
- Achieve assigned sales volume, value, distribution, and collection targets within the designated territory.
- Execute territory sales plans and route coverage to maximize market penetration and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales execution, competitor activities, product availability, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective implementation of trade promotions, merchandising standards, and in-store visibility initiatives.
- Monitor distributor stock levels, primary and secondary sales, and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, market intelligence, and territory performance updates to management.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related discipline
- 2–4 years of sales experience in the relevant industry
- Experience in distributor management and territory sales will be preferred.
- Good understanding of General Trade (GT) operations, merchandising, and trade promotion execution
- Ability to achieve sales, distribution, and visibility KPIs in a competitive FMCG environment
