Executive Plant Maintenance Join our team
We are looking for a skilled and proactive individual who shall be responsible for leading and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations. The candidate will oversee the installation, testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of various machines, instruments, and equipment. Maintaining accurate records of equipment and maintenance activities, as well as training employees on equipment use and maintenance procedures, is also a vital part of this role. Additionally, the candidate will conduct condition surveys and life cycle costing of plant infrastructure and services, assist in long-term maintenance planning, and contribute to performance and cost improvement initiatives using maintenance software tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics)
Requirements:
- 3-5 year(s) relevant working experience
- Preferably command on PLC/HMI programming & Trouble shooting
- Excellent analytical/Observational/Troubleshooting skills and report writer (RCA/MCR/KPI/daily reports ETC)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
