𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Time Keeper – Human Resources
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Raiwind, Lahore
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Fresh Graduates / 1 year of relevant experience
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
▪ Maintain daily employee attendance and time records
▪ Monitor shifts, working hours, overtime, leaves, and absenteeism
▪ Check and resolve attendance discrepancies
▪ Prepare attendance and timekeeping reports
▪ Coordinate with HR and departmental supervisors
▪ Ensure accurate attendance data for payroll processing
𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
▪ Good command of MS Excel and Microsoft Office
▪ Strong attention to detail
▪ Good communication and coordination skills
▪ Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
