Title: Chemical Engineer – Research & Development

Role Description:
- Lead and execute laboratory experiments focused on polymer materials, chemical formulations, and product development.
- Perform chemical and physical tests on polymers and other materials to ensure product quality, compliance, and performance.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and new material applications, contributing to innovation in polymer engineering.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret laboratory data, generating technical reports and documentation for research findings.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product development, manufacturing, quality assurance) to support the scale-up and commercialization of new materials.
- Ensure all R&D activities adhere to safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Participate in and sometimes lead R&D projects, managing timelines and resources efficiently to meet project goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in R&D laboratory work, with a focus on polymer engineering and chemical formulations.
