Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for Manager Digital Software Development Apply

Please note that it is an on-site, full-time position based at our Corporate Office – Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, or relevant field from an accredited university. Master’s in Computer Science is highly desirable.
Minimum 08 plus years’ experience in leading digital strategy, transformation, and project delivery. Previous experience in development of digital solutions, design, enterprise architecture is a must.
3-5 years’ experience of managing end-end digital solutions delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design and Architecture:

Support Digital Solution Manager (DSM) in developing and modifying digital technology strategy and transformation.
Guide external as well as internal technical teams in building scalable, flexible, robust digital assets using state of the art architectural techniques and technologies.
Partner with IT teams and ensure backend technology & systems readiness for new digital initiatives. Advise modification where required.

Development and Delivery:

-Take ownership of end-end delivery (from solutions strategy, planning, design, implementation, deployment and operationalization) of all digital initiatives.

Bring innovation in solutions and delivery to ensure faster time to market for new digital initiatives
Testing and examining code written by developers and analyzing results
Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
Leading all practice areas with in development team i.e. frontend (touchpoints, web, mobile, social banking), integration (service bus, API gateways), Backend technology (J2EE, DOT NET, Business Logic, ORM, etc), Automation.

Stakeholder, People and Vendor Management:

Ensure that solutions are aligned with stakeholders’ expectations
Acts as a bridge between external parties, Fintechs, and internal stakeholders and IT teams
Increase the synergy between the stakeholders by highlighting their benefits
Close coordination with Vendors
