Position: Manager/Assistant Manager Corporate Legal Affairs

Required Experience: 5 – 7 years (Training period not inclusive)

Minimum Required Education: Minimum LLB

Description

The position entails management with cogent legal advice on business issues, selecting and overseeing the work of outside counsel, drafting, editing, and reviewing commercial agreements, and ensure that the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. She/he will be required to assist the company’s legal team to correspond against legal complaints, to prepare briefs and other court documents. In addition, other tasks may include overviewing the company’s legal framework and correspondence to legal requirements of regulatory authorities along with legal advice on joint venture agreements, government, and sales contracts.
