Hiring for Accounts and Finance Executive
Location: SMCHS, Karachi
Responsibilities:
- Accounts preparation on QuickBooks software
- Handling Petty Cash
- Prepare tax returns, payments, necessary paperwork, and reports
- Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual & Annual Tax Compliance
- Dealing with Banks and Vendors
- Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Analyze financial data in order to prepare financial reports and prepare budget forecasts
- Prepare invoices and vouchers
- Prepare and disburse payroll
- Provide assistance in admin related task
Requirements:
- Education: Should be a bachelor’s degree holder in relevant field
- Experience: Should have 02 to 03 years of proven working experience
- Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work independently
- Organize tasks, set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
- Demonstrate good judgment and good problem-solving skills
- Respond appropriately to evaluation and changes in the work setting
