JS Bank requires to fill the position of “Bancassurance Operations Specialist” on urgent basis. The position is based at Head Office, Karachi.
The position is responsible for the management of all Wealth Management Operations and ensuring smooth operational management of all Wealth Management sales. The incumbent to ensure all practices are as per SECP guidelines and SBP regulations. Management of Internal and External Audit. Operational support in meeting sales targets for wealth management products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth & efficient process management for all Wealth Management sales.
- Ensuring operational support is extended to all segments to meet their budgeted numbers.
- Managing all Bancassurance sales, to meet the budgeted numbers with the campaign timeline.
- Monitoring all Wealth Operations to ensure there are no delays in issuance, development of MIS for traction; ensure all documentation and operational processes are in line with SECP, SBP regulations and strict adherence to the Bank’s SoPs.

The position is based at Head Office, Karachi.The position is responsible for the management of all Wealth Management Operations and ensuring smooth operational management of all Wealth Management sales and related documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth & efficient process management for all Wealth Management sales.
- Ensuring operational support is extended to all segments to meet their budgeted numbers.
- Managing all Bancassurance sales, to meet the mutual funds budgeted numbers with the campaign timeline.
- Monitoring all Wealth Operations to ensure there are no delays in issuance, development of MIS for traction; ensure all documentation and operational processes are in line with SECP and SBP regulations
- Regular review of operational processes to re-engineer and improve TAT.
- Responsible for managing all GL accounts and income reconciliation for Wealth Management

JS Bank needs to fill the position of “Product Manager – Deposits” on urgent basis.The position is responsible for the management of all Deposit and value-added products. The incumbent to ensure all practices are as per SBP regulations, development of product related marketing strategies. Research and analysis of all Deposit Products, regular Product training, Implementation of sales strategy and campaigns to support in meeting sales targets for deposit products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth & efficient product & process management with the support of sales campaigns and front-end product training. Development and management of product and sales initiatives for supporting branches and segments achieve the assigned budgeted numbers.
- Development and management of Deposit Products, initiatives and alliances
- Investigate and respond to complaints related to Deposit products. Conduct regular trend analysis to identify key issues and highlight to relevant stakeholders so such concerns can be duly rectified.
- Work with marketing teams to design and develop marketing collateral for branches and targeted campaigns on digital, social media and ATL platforms.

Skills Required: Good Communication Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills, Good command over Microsoft office especially in Power Point and Excel. Innovative and leadership skills are also required.
