WE ARE HIRING! Assistant Manager GR/IR
JOB RESPONSIBILTIIES
- Oversee end-to-end invoice posting, ensuring accurate financial transaction processing.
- Conduct GR/IR reviews and reconciliations, reporting key findings to management.
- Supervise the invoice parking and posting process, ensuring accuracy and process compliance.
- Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations using advanced Microsoft Office tools.
- Apply income tax and sales tax knowledge to ensure regulatory compliance and accuracy.
- Analyze GR/IR accounts and open items in collaboration with the Operations team.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Resolve internal and external queries in accordance with established SOPs and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong expertise in SAP with understanding of its architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting & analysis.
- Practical knowledge of income tax and sales tax laws.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIIES
- Coordinate transportation and distribution activities to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations.
- Monitor KPI’s such as on time deliveries, inventory accuracy, product losses, and operational costs.
- Work closely with procurement, planning, sales, operations, quality, and sales team to ensure supply chain requirements are met.
- Manage performance of logistics service providers, transporters and warehouse partners.
- Identify operational issues, temperature deviations, and supply chain risks and take timely corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to cold chain operations.
- Manage daily operations of cold chain network ensuring products maintain required temp.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hands on experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
- Bachelors/Masters in Supply Chain or related fields.
- Lead and develop warehouse logistics.
