Position: Customer Experience Optimization

Job: Assist Line Manager to implement projects on compliance / regulatory initiatives, digitalization and process re-engineering and fulfill the internal control requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and solicit their support to ensure effective execution of the project scope, includes performing UAT and preparing customer communication materials
  • Assist to re-engineer business processes to enhance the overall operations efficiency, Customer Journey and Business Process
  • Assist to prepare analyze business data to facilitate the formulation of Business strategies and campaigns
