Position: Admin & HR Coordinator
Requirements
Job Location: Lahore
The Admin & HR Coordinator provides essential support to the administrative and HR team by handling clerical tasks, managing schedules, and facilitating smooth office operations. This role is key to ensuring that administrative functions are performed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including inventory management and supply ordering.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize administrative records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Customer Support: Provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders as required.
Collaboration/Teamwork:
- Team Support: Work closely with administrative staff and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
Strategic Contribution:
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and workflows.
Qualification:
- 2-4 years of experience in administrative roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Desired Competencies:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other administrative tools.
