Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
• 6-7 years of experience.
• Experience in the retail sector, will be highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with inventory management and financial principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Train and develop staff to provide excellent service and achieve sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability & ordering of products.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
