Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
- 6-7 years of experience.
- Experience in the retail sector, will be highly regarded.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with inventory management and financial principles.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Train and develop staff to provide excellent service and achieve sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability & ordering of products.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
