JAF Perfumes is building a world-class luxury fragrance brand from Pakistan. We are seeking a Market Research Analyst to drive the market intelligence behind this vision, providing actionable insights into consumers, competitors, industry trends, and emerging market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research, consumer surveys, competitor analysis, and industry trend analysis to identify market opportunities and consumer insights.
Prepare regular market intelligence and competitor benchmarking reports with actionable recommendations.
Conduct brand research and development to support brand positioning, product launches, customer preferences, and market opportunities.
Coordinate and maintain retainers, vendor agreements, and commercial documentation, ensuring timely renewals and performance tracking.
Research and analyze digital media buying opportunities, including platforms, audiences, costs, campaign performance, and ROI.
Conduct content and audience research to support the monthly and campaign-specific content plan.
Research and evaluate opportunities for brand activations, events, collaborations, and experiential marketing, including audience, location, vendor, and cost analysis.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports, presentations, dashboards, and recommendations for management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in market research, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
Strong analytical, research, and data interpretation skills.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
Understanding of consumer behavior, digital marketing, media buying, and brand strategy.
Strong communication, presentation, organization, and reporting skills.
Ability to convert data and research into clear, actionable business recommendations.
