Cotton Web Limited is hiring : Assistant Manager (Industrial Engineer)
We are looking for a skilled and detail – oriented professional to join our Industrial Engineer Department as an Assistant Manager.
The role is responsible for managing denim finishing and cutting processes, preparing and managing style bulletins, handling operation-wise piece rate calculations, and ensuring a strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Qualification/Experience.
Industrial Engineering/ Textile Engineering or any other relevant degree. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Textile Apparel Industry.
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of denim finishing and cutting production processes.
• Proficient in style bulletin preparation and layout planning.
• Hands-on experience in Time & Motion Studies.
• Strong understanding of capacity and efficiency calculations.
• Knowledge of operation-wise piece rate calculations and working.
• Ability to identify bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
• Practical experience with 5S and Lean Manufacturing tools will be highly preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem solving mind-set & eagerness to learn and grow.
