Position: 𝐇𝐑 & 𝐈𝐑 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭
Location: Korangi, Karachi
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Oversee employee welfare initiatives, Death Grant, Marriage Grant, Medical Leave etc.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
- Maintaining HR records like; compensation, health and medical insurance, group life insurance, EOBI, and SESSI.
- Prepare and submit all relevant HR and IR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement.
- Face/thumb enrollment of new company & contractor’s employees in face recognition and for addressing biometric issues during the morning shift.
- Ensuring timely closing of monthly attendance for payroll processing along with clearing all queries and errors.
- Any other task assigned by the Manager/Head of department.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, ideally within a production environment.
- Knowledge of labour laws, employee welfare programs, and compliance procedures.
