• Conduct time and motion studies to determine standard operating times (SAM).
• Calculate line and operator efficiency to monitor productivity.
• Monitor and analyze downtime, identify reasons, and recommend improvements.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing initiatives to improve process flows and reduce waste.
• Identify and contribute to cost saving projects within production processes.
• Suggest and execute automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency .

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in IE or production enviornment
• Six Sigma Certified
• Knowledge of Excel and IE Tools

• Receive and verify tax invoices from vendors to ensure alignment with statutory and internal compliance requirements prior to processing.
• Conduct due diligence and scrutiny of new vendors as per the compliance checklist to ensure and completeness before onboarding them into the system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax-related records and documentation as per regulatory and tax audit requirements
• Develop, manage and monitor the tax payment calendar to ensure timely payments and filings, avoiding penalties, interest, or risks due to delays.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

• B.Com or M Com
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tax and compliance
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/tax software

Preference will be given to candidates currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and has knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
