International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for โ๐๐ ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐น๐ฒ๐โ for its Office in Karachi. Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivablesโ data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Verify discrepancies and resolve clientsโ billing issues
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐:
- ๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: Bachelors/Masters in Finance or Equivalent Degree
- ๐๐ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ: 3-5 years in accounts receivables
- Knowledge of SAP
๐๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป: P.E.C.H.S, Near Jason Trade Centre, Karachi.
