International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) is looking for a “𝗕𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗧 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿” in Production Operations for its Sheikhupura facility. The selected individual will be responsible for:
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Maintain cleanliness of BOPET Filmline and fill respective checklists
• Monitor machine noise, temperature, leakage, or vibration
• Conduct spindle changes, unloading, and tagging of Mill Rolls
• Ensure quality by identifying defects like lines, scratches, or spots
• Maintain screen change schedule and ensure timely cleaning
• Clean and inspect main filters and maintain proper records
• Inspect and change trim blades as needed
• Provide mill roll samples for RD&C lab during grade change
• Handle material unloading from hoppers
• Monitor oil/water pressure and temperature
• Operate and monitor complete filmline machinery
• Clean machine parts during stoppages
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• Qualification: DAE Chemical
• Experience: 4–5 years in filmline operations
• Willing to work in shifts
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards
