Job Title: IT & ERP Manager | Location: Karachi
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Science from a reputable educational institution with minimum seven (7) years’ experience in similar job responsibilities.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and management with strong understanding of software integration principles and best practices. Proficient in handling IT, hardware and network support.
Principal Job Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Oversee the successful implementation and ongoing maintenance of software that integrates with the ERP system.
- Work closely with department leaders to develop, document, and maintain SOPs for all business processes.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for ERP and integration projects.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Manage network administration, including server installations, network security, firewall configuration, and internet protocols.
