We are looking for Accounts Executive – Receiveables
Job Responsibilities: The Accounts Executive (Receivable) is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable processes related to property sales, services and files processing. This includes files processing, collections, and reporting in real estate transactions. • Maintain customer account records, real estate files processing and management. • Process receipts plans and handle disputes professionally. • Reconcile receivables and prepare aging reports. • Provide regular updates on outstanding receivables and cash flow status • Work closely with real estate management teams to ensure accurate and efficient receivable processes
Education & Experience: • Minimum Bachelors Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related filed • 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in real estate • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and billing systems • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
