We are hiring! Manager – Admission & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute student admission campaigns across digital and traditional platforms
• Develop and manage marketing strategies to promote academic programs
• Organize school visits, career fairs, open houses, and webinars
• Collaborate with academic departments to align marketing goals with institutional vision
• Handle student queries and provide counseling during admission processes
• Monitor and analyze admission trends and prepare performance reports
• Oversee content creation for website, brochures, and social media platforms

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the education sector
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and lead a team
