Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG sector.

Job Description:

• Maintain employee personal files, attendance and leave records, deductions, EOBI, Social Security, etc.
• Assist in processing payroll by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
• Prepare monthly salary sheets.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely submission of attendance records, leave applications, outdoor duty forms, and monthly outdoor duty expenses.
• Respond to employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and other HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory payroll regulations.
• Support HR functions such as onboarding, documentation, and updating employee records.

Skills:

• Payroll processing
• HR/payroll software
• Attendance Management
• Statutory compliance (EOBI, Social Security, etc.)
• MS Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
