House of Habib is seeking a Sr. Executive Sales for one of its group companies! The position is Karachi based (Shahrah-e-Faisal) and following is a brief JD:
Key Responsibilities:
*) Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales objectives / targets.
*) Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
*) Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
*) Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
*) Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
*) Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
*) Maintain / create SOs in SAP and provide support to other team members in it.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software (SAP).
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in building material industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel as needed in south region. (Including interior Sindh).
