Director Finance Reporting

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize company’s annual, quarterly, and half-yearly financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and half-yearly reviews. Collaborate with internal auditors, property management, and valuers for audits and valuations.
• Oversee timely and accurate closing of books on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Review trial balances & financial reports for accuracy.
• Manage publication of quarterly and annual accounts in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in preparing responses to auditor queries and support board meetings with financial data.
• Supervise junior staff & ensure quality control of financial records.

Qualification ICMA/ACCA Qualified

Experience 5+ years of post qualification experience at senior level. Knowledge and experience of hospitality industry is preferred.
