At Gerry’s International – a FedEx Logistics Regional Service Provider, we are hiring General Manager Sales based in Karachi Head office who will play a pivotal role in our business operations. This position reports to COO.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the national/regional sales strategy for freight forwarding services (Air, Ocean, Customs Brokerage, and Supply Chain solutions).
Identify new business opportunities and foster long-term relationships with key accounts, importers/exporters, and multinational clients.
Develop and manage annual sales budgets, forecasts, and revenue targets.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and customer service to ensure service excellence.
Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of competition, pricing trends, and emerging customer needs.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and international trade regulations.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Will be responsible to oversee operations too as this GM will be responsible for sales and operations both.
Skills & Competencies:
Negotiation Skills
Proficient in MS Office
Strong leadership and team management skills
Qualification: Master’s Degree in related field
Work Experience: 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
