Position: HR Executive

Education: MBA / MHRM or related

Location: Head Office, Lahore,

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or generalist role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Description:

HR Executive is responsible for but not limited to:

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy.
• Handle employee onboarding, including document collection, induction coordination, and system setup.
• Support offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements.
• Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management coordination.
• Respond to HR-related queries from employees and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in HR reports, dashboards, and analytics preparation.
• Support HR audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Prepare HR letters (experience, increment, transfer, etc.) and contracts.
• Coordinate with external vendors (payroll, insurance, etc.) as needed.
