FAZAIA SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES – CAREER OPPORTUNITY AS PRINCIPAL

For the post of Principal at a highly reputed Fazaia Inter College at PAF Camp Badaber, applications are invited from energetic, competent, and well-qualified candidates who are seeking a bright career under an inspiring work environment.

Eligibility

• Male / Female, medically fit, with age not more than 57 years.
• Candidates should be well-acquainted with communication, administrative, and management skills.

Qualification

• MA / MSc or equivalent in any subject.
• Minimum 15 years of teaching and administration experience at Intermediate or Degree College level.

Ineligibility

• Candidates terminated/dismissed prematurely from any Government or Non-government institution.
• Candidates terminated from any Fazaia institution due to allegations or disciplinary issues.
• Candidates with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offenses.
• Applicants must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous institution.

Pay / Perks

• Selected candidates will be offered an attractive pay package.

Note

• The job is on a contract basis: initially for 2 years, renewable annually based on performance.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• TA/DA will not be admissible for the interview.
• Concealment of any information may lead to strict disciplinary action, even after selection.
• Reputation of the finally selected candidate will be verified from previous workplace.
