Faysal Bank Limited Jobs Investigation Officer:Investigation Officer required for Faysal Bank, Lahore.
Job purpose: To perform in-depth investigations on highlighted fraud cases referred from different channels.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate & handle fraud cases for detailed investigations.
- Raise retrievals/chargeback with VISA/MasterCard associations within the given time frame.
- Identify involved parties during case investigation & suggest preventive measures/recommendations to mitigate lags/ lapses.
- Ensure SLAs, Policies & SOPs are not breached while performing the investigations & provide timely resolution.
- Advise IT to provide customized reports for investigation based on fraud incidents/ trend to identify/detect similar frauds.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors with 2 to 3 years of similar experience.
- In depth knowledge of policies for Retail, Commercial Business & Operational activities of Bank.
- Good analytical & communication skills.
