Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies and processes to attract the right qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with HRBPs/CHRO to understand staffing needs and workforce planning of their respective functions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding. - Lead the digital transformation of talent acquisition processes, incorporating cutting-edge technologies and online tools.
- Develop and execute social media and online marketing strategies to amplify employer brand and attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and tools in digital recruitment, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with headhunters, universities/institutions, and relevant agencies.
