We are looking for Manager Land

Job Responsibilities: The position of Manager Land is essentially required to ensure accurate due diligence, dealing, record keeping and avoid duplication during land acquisition process.

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisition opportunities
• Conduct market research and analyze property data for feasibility
• Negotiate purchase agreements and manage due diligence processes
• Ensure compliance with zoning laws, environmental regulations, and legal requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and local authorities
• Collaborate with internal teams to align acquisitions with strategic goals
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Monitor market trends and provide insights for decision-making
• Updating of Revenue Record of land acquired by Company, i.e. payment record, possession record etc.
• Perform aligned / additional duties related to land acquisition as assigned by Head of Department

Education & Experience:

• Minimum Bachelors
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in land acquisition related task

Requirements:

• Must have experience in Land Acquisition Department of sizeable Housing Society or relevant Government Department
• Should possess knowledge of Revenue Rules and Regulations and related documentations
• Must have knowledge of record keeping process
