Looking for BSS Associate
Education Req: Bachelors in IT/CS, Electronics Engineering
Experience Required: 0 – 1 years of relevant experience
Functional Skills:
- Innovative, proactive and customer focused
- Should be able to work with or have understanding of Relational DBs like MS SQL Server, Oracle and PostgreSQL, NoSql like MongoDB and Cassandra DB and Microservices architecture.
- Development hands-on on one for more of following technologies Angular, React, .Net Core, NodeJS, Open API, JSON, XML, SOAP, REST and shell scripting etc.Linux/Unix
Responsibilities:
- Interaction with internal stakeholders and external customer.
- Able to question through analytical thinking
- Performing UATs, upgrades, and deployment activities.
- Document project scope, deliverables, functional requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment to deliver requirements on recurring schedule
- Effective Participation in Change Management Process
- Partner with clients and team members to define, document & fix operational system bugs/ issues
- Should be able to work during planned shifts
- Work well independently with strong self-direction and initiative, but know when to collaborate or seek guidance
