Position: Assistant Manager – Sales Operations
Location: Karachi
Department: Sales
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience, FMCG preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To analyze monthly distributor claims for error and discrepancies
- To evaluate, approve and log distributors’ claims into EBM’s internal system of records
- To create a summary sheet of all monthly distributor claims
- To seek approvals of monthly distributor claims by the head of the department
- To dispatch monthly distributor claims sheet to the finance department for final payment to distributors
- To coordinate with regional offices to discuss daily operations
- To receive and exchange information regarding queries from regional offices, administration officers and field force
- To resolve issues pertaining to queries of claims and expenses from regional offices, administration officers and field force
- To forward queries to relevant internal stakeholders when necessary and coordinate to resolve such queries with them
- To collate data from internal EBM systems and formulate a statistical field report regarding expenses and distributor claims
- To forward and share statistical reports with relevant internal stakeholders and heads of department
- To provide statistical report on request from internal stakeholders regarding distribution, sales or expenses
