Position: Warehouse Executive
Location: Karachi
Department: Logistics & Warehousing
Qualification: Graduation in Management Sciences
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience, FMCG preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
• To receive stock demands from sales team on a daily basis
• To construct execution plan and pick list for the department to carry out smooth and accurate dispatching of stocks following FEFO method and batches mentioned on pick list for General Trade and Key Account team.
• To follow up with transporters to check status of delivery vehicles such as which trucks are free for delivery, when the trucks will reach at docking station and etc.
• To ensure that OTIF is being met so that distributors can subsequently meet their sales target on time
• To generate relevant invoices and shares with transporters for cost settlement of deliveries made
• To coordinate with administration team to maintain warehouse cleanliness such as stock is kept dust-free, no littering in the premises and etc
• To ensure pest management activities are being carried out diligently and on a regular basis; Maintains a written record of these such as the date of conduction, how and which pest was found, if any, and etc.
• To obtain a delivery number for a respective receivable of stock from both Plants i.e. EBM & CFL FGS) team and verifies subordinate’s performance while collection of stocks
• To oversee any damaged goods received and submits query with official documents as evidence to relevant departments
• To supervise stock dispatching and ensures that every order being dispatched is 100% accurate and as per demands received.
• To assist inclosing of stock physical count in comparison with the Warehouse Floor Systems on daily basis.
• To evaluate execution as per prior formulated plan for the respective day’s delivery activities; Maintains a track record of deviances, if any, on a regular basis
• To construct a summary of inbound and outbound delivery/sales activities and shares it with upper management on a daily basis
• To supervise national reporting such as OTIF report and National RSF VS Achievement Report in case the supervisor is not available
• To evaluate Key Account Returns and performs system transaction i.e. creation of Return Sales Orders and delivery
• To update record of damages / shortages / accidental stock for timely settlements
• To maintain the vehicle tracking report on daily bases.
• To share over 45 days aging stock Report with Sales Team for timely liquidation
• To share IRA, Stock Register, Delivery Data, and Shipment Consolidation Report with Head Office on closing day of every month.
• To maintain Transporter’s billing data, share with them after closing to claim to ensure timely reimbursements

Position: Team Lead Packaging
Location: Karachi
Department: Production
Qualification: Masters in Food Science/ Engineering
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, FMCG preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
• To ensure that workforce is aware of the good manufacturing practices and good hygiene practices (cleanliness of the area where biscuit is manufactured and personal hygiene of the workers)
• To prepare monthly plan for machines and equipment as per the availability of the workforce that will be consumed for the coming month
• To verify material required for the planned production and coordinate with procurement and production in case any material is not available as per required quantity
• To conduct meetings on daily basis for reporting of complaints highlighted on the floor and on individual production line and resolve daily complains timely alongside Production, QA, Engineering
• To coordinate with R&D and QA for packaging dimensions for any new product
• To prepare monthly plan for machines and equipment as per the availability of the workforce that will be consumed for the coming month
• To identify shortages in the production plan and decide how to overcome shortages and improve process efficiency
• To coordinate with engineering in case of any modification required in any machine
• To manage machines that should be used in case of breakdown of one of the planned machines
• To assist in managing machine placement as per space availability
• To ensure machine maintenance timely
• To identify issues in machines alongside QA and reduce number of complaints by getting the issue resolved timely and enhance machine efficiency
• To monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) of individual machine and ensure 85% effectiveness from each machine
• To monitor and record reasons for OEE lower than 85% and resolve the faults
• To conduct Pareto analysis for lower OEE and downtime
• To conduct root cause analysis alongside engineering for faults in machine and work on machine enhancement
• To calculate machine efficiency and overall machine efficiency to analyze the effectiveness and ineffectiveness and work on the reasons for ineffectiveness to improve the efficiency and increase productivity
• To calculate efficiency as per the quality, performance and availability of the machine
• To prepare KPI report to monitor overall production KPIs on daily basis
• To prepare Output Reliability report, that is an interlinked report of planning production
• To prepare OEE report which has record of efficiency and performance of individual machines
• To prepare Quality report – daily complaints highlighted, logged in SAP on individual lines and the action taken against them
• To monitor and update plan on SAP what was produced against what was planned
