Position: Assistant Manager — PRIMUS Client Services Department
This position exists to ensure that high net-worth clients are provided priority service within a shorter turn-around time. The incumbent should be able to process their queries and complaints via email, provide necessary explanations of terms, service agreements, and conditions, and maintain relationships with clients and customers.

Requirements
Qualification: BBA/MBA
Experience: 1 year or more in Customer Service/Client Service Operations

Position: Assistant Manager – Claims
To assess legitimacy of life insurance claims by reviewing medical records using technical knowledge and analytical skills. Prepare and present cases for the Claims Committee.
