Position: Assistant Manager — Surrenders Client Services Department
Requirements Qualification: BBA/M BA
Experience:2 to 4 years of experience in Client Services Operations.
Location: Head Office, Karachi
The incumbent should ensure maturity, partial and full surrender cases are processed as per client’s request within agreed time period.
To identify clients’ circumstances for surrender and provide an appropriate solution that benefits the client and the Company.
To ensure conformance to Regulatory Authority guidelines and maintenance of Company goodwill.
