ECOMPK (Pvt.) LTD is urgently looking for Quality Assurance Analyst.
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years of experience of call quality analysis in any e-commerce company.
Location: Shahra-e-Quaideen, Karachi
- Participate in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
- Perform call monitoring and provide trend data to the management team.
- Use quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
- Perform regular checks on low performing employee’s calls.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Problem analysis and problem solving.
- Knowledge of calling principles and practices.
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
- Experience in a call center or customer services environment.
