We are looking to add a member to our Digital Printing Design team, who is an expert in creating extraordinary digital printing designs. This is exactly the best opportunity for someone who has the ability to play a pivotal role in elevating the business to create a benchmark amongst best industry practices.

The major areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate are:

• Lead all Design Studio operations with core focus on design activities
• Producing sketches, designs and samples for presentation to customers
• Liaising with clients and technical, marketing and buying staff to plan and develop designs
• Using specialist software and computer-aided design (CAD) programs to develop a range of designs and experimenting with colour, fabric and texture
• Draw new motifs, create multiple color ways of existing designs, and arrange layouts in the CAD to come up with the best composition for that product
• Good creative, interpersonal and pressure handling skills and has an ability to drive processes through innovation and ownership

Must haves

• At least 6 years of relevant (digital designing) experience.
• Hands on experience of CAD, CAM and Adobe Photoshop required.
• Ability to create own design library for customers
• Design tracing and colour matching skills

Qualification Requirements: Masters/Bachelors in Textile Designing, Art & Design, Fashion Design or an equivalent qualification.

The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
