JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & execute marketing plans for a quick service restaurant, in line with global brand standards.
- Coordinate PR activities, media relations, signing ceremonies, and influencer partnerships.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer intelligence gathering.
- Manage social media, digital campaigns, performance tracking, and agency coordination.
- Execute local store marketing, openings, and community partnership initiatives.
- Coordinate food delivery platform promotions and marketing activities with partners.
- Oversee creative development for menus, POSM, outdoor branding, and launch materials.
- Plan and execute seasonal, tactical, and event-based marketing campaigns.
- Track marketing budgets, campaign performance, KPIs, and overall ROI.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong expertise in brand management, digital marketing, PR, CRM, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience in market research, agency coordination, vendor management, & execution.
- Strong capabilities in creativity, commercial awareness, communication, organization, & execution.
- Candidates with QSR exposure would be preferred.
