JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring strict adherence to company policies, labor laws, safety and security SOPs.
Ability to control admin expenses (canteen, housekeeping, accommodation etc) through effective planning and budgeting.
Capable of guiding support staff, motivating teams and maintaining coordination between plant departments and corporate office.
Provide weekly task updates to the reporting manager.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
10-12 years of experience in the related field
