Key responsibilities & duties:
- Supervise execution of Production Plan in Garment Finishing & Packing Lines.
- Ensure compliance to customer requirements on floor for product quality consistency
- Design process flow for new products and carry out “first time run” checks.
- Implement quality checks to ensure product meets required quality standards.
- Ensure proper closing of orders in the given timelines
- Evaluate performance of team and look for ways to increase productivity.
- Closely Follow weekly and monthly shipment plan to achieve targets
- Troubleshoot daily issues on floor in coordination with IE & Quality Teams.
- Supervise Customer Quality Assurance and Final Audit Inspections.
Skills & Competencies required:
- Excellent People Management skills
- Good & following instructions and working in a team
- Experience in method and time study to evaluate work methods
- Able to execute daily production plan to meet required targets.
- Good problem solving and negotiation skills
- Be able to multi-task to work on several projects simultaneously
Work Experience and Qualifications required
- Minimum 4~5 years’ experience required working in a similar capacity.
- Experience of working in denim manufacturing concern preferred.
- Minimum Graduate qualification required preferably Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree from a reputed institute.
