Key responsibilities & duties:

• Supervise execution of Production Plan in Garment Finishing & Packing Lines.
• Ensure compliance to customer requirements on floor for product quality consistency
• Design process flow for new products and carry out “first time run” checks.
• Implement quality checks to ensure product meets required quality standards.
• Ensure proper closing of orders in the given timelines
• Evaluate performance of team and look for ways to increase productivity.
• Closely Follow weekly and monthly shipment plan to achieve targets
• Troubleshoot daily issues on floor in coordination with IE & Quality Teams.
• Supervise Customer Quality Assurance and Final Audit Inspections.

Skills & Competencies required:

• Excellent People Management skills
• Good & following instructions and working in a team
• Experience in method and time study to evaluate work methods
• Able to execute daily production plan to meet required targets.
• Good problem solving and negotiation skills
• Be able to multi-task to work on several projects simultaneously

Work Experience and Qualifications required

• Minimum 4~5 years’ experience required working in a similar capacity.
• Experience of working in denim manufacturing concern preferred.
• Minimum Graduate qualification required preferably Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering degree from a reputed institute.
