• MBA-HR or other relevant degree
• 3 to 4 Years of relevant experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of organizational development techniques and procedures
• Proficiency in HRIS & Microsoft Office
• Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to complete tasks
