Continental Biscuits Ltd is looking for โ€“ Key Account Manager โ€“ South

Position: Key Account Manager โ€“ South

Key Objectives of the Job:

  • โ€“ Develop an annual business plan focused on achieving category, SKU, and volume targets at modren trade (IMT / LMT / institution).
  • โ€“ Ensure range availability, touch points, visibility, merchandising standards, as per the shopper journey of indivisual stores.
  • โ€“ Coordinate with supply chain and store operations for timely stock replenishment and operations.

ย Key Responsibilities:



  • โ€“ Execute annual plans and forecasts as per business strategy.
  • โ€“ Negotiate and renew Joint Business Plan (JBP) contracts, establishing win-win targets.
  • โ€“ Administer annual marketing and promotional agreements, integrating JBP with sales functions.
  • โ€“ Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to maintain stock availability.
  • โ€“ Plan and execute category launches and promotions in collaboration with marketing.
  • โ€“ Conduct monthly and quarterly forecasting, including competitive analysis.
  • โ€“ Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and drive category growth
  • โ€“ Manage relationships with major retail partners, negotiating agreements and promotional plans.
  • โ€“ Analyze sales data to optimize inventory, monitor account performance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • โ€“ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless product availability and high service levels.
  • โ€“ Implement merchandising and visibility strategies to enhance in-store brand presence.

Position: Trade Marketing Executive โ€“ South

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Trade & Shopper Marketing Plans on Priority Retail Channels & implementing the Trade Star Program across Trade.
  • Lead Competition Insights from key channels and use them as inputs to develop insights-based activations.
  • Develop & Execute Category Plans on respective Channels including New Launches
  • Lead Channel Tagging & Cleansing for respective Channels to improve Data Hygiene
  • Engage in cycle planning & implementation for all Trade Level rollouts, deployments, merchandising and promotional activities.
  • Serve as a custodian for all trade material arriving at region maintaining logs and issuance / maintenance records.
  • Ensure delivery of Trade Star KPIs including OSA & SOS compliance, OOS tracking
  • Deployment of merchandizing solutions for contracted outlets

Education: BBA/MBA/Bachelorโ€™s/Masterโ€™s from a reputable university.

Experience: 2+ years experience in Field Sales/Trade Marketing from FMCG industry.
