RECRUITMENT ON CONTRACT BASIS: The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) intends to hire UC Social Protection Officers for its operations at the Union Council level on a fixed salary of Rs. 50,000/- per month (all-inclusive), purely on a contract basis for a period of one year (initially for three months, extendable based on satisfactory performance). Position: UC Social Protection Officers

Maximum Age Limit: 30 years on the closing date of the advertisement.
Posting: As per advertised districts/Tehsils/UCs or anywhere in Pakistan as per the program’s requirement.

Required Qualification & Experience:

Minimum 14 years of education (complete degree) in any discipline from an HEC recognized institute.
Experience in community work, social service, or a related field is preferable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in diverse community settings.
Local residents of UC or residents of adjoining UCs will be preferred.
Proficiency in local languages and skills in basic computer operations will be preferred.

Instructions:

Interested and eligible candidates who meet the criteria are required to apply online within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement, using the prescribed “Application Form for the post of UC Social Protection Officers” available at BISP’s official website www.bisp.gov.pk. Hard copies of applications/documents or applications received through email will not be accepted.
Candidates are advised to fill out the application form carefully, ensuring correct entries of personal details, CNIC number, domicile, educational qualification, religion, gender, and phone number.
Separate applications are required for multiple posts (a candidate can apply for a maximum of two posts in any district/tehsil/UC).
No T.A/D.A will be admissible. Original documents will be checked at the time of the interview. Any discrepancies will result in cancellation.
Candidates in Government Service must resign before joining if selected.
