Responsibilities:
๐จ Oversee ๐๐ ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, ensuring compliance with internal HR policies
๐จ Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
๐จ Oversee performance management, goal setting, and calibration sessions
๐จ Analyze HR data, providing insights for strategic decision-making
๐จ Automate the performance management system in ๐๐๐๐
๐จ Conduct organizational assessments, recommending changes to enhance employee satisfaction
๐จ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes
๐จ Prepare HR budgeting & HR operations reports
๐จ Prepare Presentations and present to the management
๐จ Collaborate with senior leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to drive organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
๐จ Masterโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
๐จ 4-6 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in ๐๐ ๐จ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ or ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐ฉ๐๐ง๐ฌ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง & ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ข๐ญ
๐จ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐) is a plus
๐จ Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
๐จ Excellent presentation skills, with ability to create engaging and informative presentations
๐จ Proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies and programs.
๐จ Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
๐จ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
