Location: Stationed at PQA but shall be responsible for both plants.

Job Description:

Responsibilities as SAP MM Power-User:

Responsible for the maintenance & control of master data about Materials Management in SAP which includes Material Creation, Vendor Creation, PIR creation.
Perform RCA for any issues as per management’s requirement using data from SAP.
Enforce maintenance of MRP master data parameters to ensure accurate demand signals (i.e., lead times, MOQs, lot sizing, safety stock); identify and resolve system and/or BOM inaccuracies to preserve data integrity.
Participate in and champion MRP system development activities, including development, testing, and training.
Guide, develop & lead the implementation of SOPs to accommodate business processes as per SAP Standard practice.
Perform & Lead Physical Inventory Adjustment MI01, MI04 & MI07 activity in SAP.
Guide and ensure end-users are performing transactions by SOP and have a deep understanding of service and subcontracting processes in SAP.
Find solutions via the development of reports along with IT to ease the workload of end-users.
Must have sufficient knowledge of PP & FICO modules.
Must have a good understanding of accounting transactions occurring for each process in SAP.
Must have a good understanding of the import cycle and import schema for issue resolution about import POs in SAP.
Must have a good understanding of IOR and ensure the development of the IOR Report in SAP.

Operational Responsibilities:

Perform planning and ordering of raw materials to support AVT’s manufacturing and service organizations, while minimizing freight costs and maintaining optimal inventory levels (avoid both shortages and overages).
Collaborate with purchasing, product development, and production to coordinate engineering change order timing for part revisions and new product launches, targeting minimal obsolescence.
Systematic connection thinking and deep sight with a whole mapping when meeting a specific case.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated resilience and capacity to lead a team through periods of change.

Note: Preference will be given to the candidates who have Auto industrial experience with strong knowledge of SAP/ERP/MM/Master data and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SQL shall be a bonus.
