Location: Port Qasim, Karachi
Job Description:
- Assist in analyzing & and preparing new part/product requirements of the Customer / OEM assigned and prepare necessary documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding updates if any and address / resolve all queries & ambiguities.
- Monitor the efficient working of projects and ensure compliance as per the desired project plan.
- Administer all projects and ensure completion within the stipulated timeframe.
- Monitor all aspects of the assigned project and its pertaining activities as well as with the mold maker and the customers
- Resolve all issues effectively to achieve the desired objectives of the project
- Interface with other departments and other teammates/colleagues of the department to resolve issues of the project.
- Issue Purchase Agreement to vendor and finalize parts development plan and the requisite time frame.
- Follow up and visit vendors to ensure timely localization of parts as per the development plan.
- Resolve any quality issues in the supplies received from vendors in collaboration with the Quality Assurance department.
- Assist in the preparation of the following year’s budget and monitor actual expenses incurred against the current budget.
- Ensure compliance to redress audit observations.
